High Performance Cast Vinyl Films
Cast films, also known in the industry as premium, high-performance or 2 mil, are considered to be a premium product with excellent durability and conformability characteristics. The term "cast" refers to the manufacturing process of this type of vinyl. Because the vinyl is cast on the casting sheet in a relaxed state, this material offers very good dimensional stability. This process also allows the film to be very thin (most cast films are 2 mil), which helps with the conformability of the product. Material manufacturers recommend the use of cast films on substrates such as fleets, vehicles, recreational vehicles or boats where the customer wants a "paint-like" finish that will last a long time, usually five to eight years depending on how the film is processed. Reflective Vinyl Films
When safety is an issue or you want your message seen at night, this durable, flexible, enclosed-lens, retroreflective film is great for making permanent, multicolor, striping, vehicle or railroad graphics. These graphics have a similar daytime and nighttime appearance. The film has a total thickness of 7 mil - 8 mil. Graphics subjected to fuel vapors or occasional spills can also be made with this film, and it is ideal for large graphics and graphics applied to corrugated substrates. This flexible film has excellent angularity, retains 90 percent of its retroreflectivity when totally wet, and resists cracking in cold climates. Reflective films are almost always used on ambulances, fire, and police vehicles. These are generally produced from stock colors of vinyl. Wrapping Film - Vehicle Wraps
A full wrap covers your entire vehicle from end to end, and may include bumpers, roof, mirrors, and perforated window film on your rear windows. A full vehicle wrap provides the highest impact and most dramatic marketing image. Full vehicle wraps are made by printing your image on special high-performance, adhesive-backed vinyl which is then sealed with a protective UV laminate film. This ensures your vehicle wrap will last and protects your investment. Perforated Window Film
Perforated Window Film, sometimes called "see through window graphics," is a vinyl window film made with small holes throughout so you can see through the material. For vehicles we use 50% perforated 50% remaining film with .15mm holes
Light plays an important role in how this material looks when applied. When used on a window, only the graphic will be seen from the side with more light. and from the darker side of the window, you can still see through the window with ease. So when the custom graphic is applied to the back or side windows of a vehicle, you can see out of the rear window easily, but people looking in from the outside see the printed graphic on the vinyl. See thru window graphics are commonly used for back window decals on trucks, vans, cars and SUV's, but they can be used on any type of window.
